A subscription to organisational security

ORGSEC+ is everything an organisation gets access to when it logs in: the assessment, the report, the plan, the competence programmes, training, exercises and a new assessment. The courses and competence programmes are always available, and the members of the ORGSEC network are invited to network meetings.

Winter 2026/27

Five competence programmes, one for each theme

  • The organisation's role in total defenceFor leaders and preparedness officers. The four expectations from the authorities, what they mean in your own organisation, and the DSB discussion exercise as the final task. Theme →
  • Security culture and insider riskFor all employees. Recognising an approach, understanding why dissatisfaction and conflict are security information, and knowing how to raise a concern without fear. Covers NSM's recommendation of annual training and awareness. Theme →
  • Approving a management systemFor the head of the organisation and the board. What it means to approve the management system under the Digital Security Act, what must have been tested, and which questions the leader should ask before signing. Theme →
  • Continuity and the deputy roleFor crisis management, staff and deputies. Continuity under high absence and communications outages, crisis communication with your own employees, and what the deputy must master when the regular leader is not there. Theme →
  • Preparing for a digital tabletopFor the leadership team. The four perspectives as analytical tools, roles and decision rules under pressure, and the preparation that makes the exercise about you rather than about the scenario. Theme →

The programmes build on the open threat and risk assessments for 2026 and on the authorities' expectations of organisations and municipalities, and they are updated when the picture changes.

How it works

Three steps

The concept is simple, and it repeats: we map where you stand, prioritise the measures together with you, add the competence that is needed, and measure again to see whether it worked.

  1. Take the assessment

You answer and upload what you have. We assess, and you get a score from 0 to 100 with the critical findings at the top.

  2. Get the plan

The measures are prioritised together with you, for the next 3, 12 and 24 months, with responsibilities and status.

  3. Become resilient – and measure again

Competence programmes, training and exercises in ORGSEC+. After 12 or 24 months we measure again, and show whether it worked.

Members, not customers

A network for those who must support each other

Organisations with a subscription are members of the ORGSEC network. The programmes are developed to give organisations competence, so that each organisation can secure its own assets and at the same time be a contributor to total defence. In the network meetings the members meet across industries and regions, because the resources that must find each other in a crisis should have met before.

The price of the subscription depends on the size of the organisation and is quoted on request. Municipalities have a package of their own.
