Standalone services in organisational security
When the organisation has one defined need, the deliverables can be ordered separately. All build on the ORGSEC method and are carried out digitally.
How we can help
Nine deliverables in three areas
The scope is agreed in each case, and follows from what the organisation must be able to protect and maintain. Each deliverable gives a document or a completed activity the organisation can use directly.
Assessments and analyses
- Emergency preparedness analysisA review of the incidents the organisation must be able to handle, and of whether the plans answer them.→
- Continuity and business impact analysisCritical functions, how long they can be unavailable, and what it takes to maintain them.→
- Security risk analysisAssets, threats and vulnerabilities related to locations, objects and physical exposure.→
- Threat assessment and total defenceThe threat picture the organisation faces, and its role in total defence and in critical societal deliveries.→
- Security culture assessmentThe values, norms and shared understanding that decide what actually gets done.→
Competence, training and exercises
- Competence programmesRole-based digital programmes for employees and managers, with documented completion.→
- Training for teams and key personnelSimulation where situational awareness and decisions are practised in a safe setting.→
- Tabletop exercise for the leadership teamA digital exercise where the plans meet a scenario, and weaknesses become visible before they have consequences.→
ORGSEC+
Do you need the whole picture?
ORGSEC+ is a subscription to organisational security, where courses and competence programmes are always available. That is also where the ORGSEC assessment is carried out, with the ORGSEC Score, critical findings and a prioritised plan for 3, 12 and 24 months. The score only comes with ORGSEC+, because it is only credible when it is comprehensive and calculated the same way every time.
